Delivery & Returns

Deliveries only in South Africa. Orders will be prepared and delivered as soon as proof of payment has been received by the customer, within 1-2 working days. Orders are delivered by the means of Door to door via the courier guy service. The cost of delivery is R 120, Delivery times can vary between 1– 5 working days. Or Postnet to Postnet delivery takes 2-3 working days, you will then receive a message from Postnet to collect your parcel. Cost of Postnet delivery is R 110. We will supply you with the tracking number to trace your parcel accordingly. You will receive a confirmation whatsapp message or email from us once your parcel is sent out with the Courier guy or Postnet.

Please note that we make use of an outside courier service and cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

Returns
7 working day return policy
VDM jewellery offers only the highest quality goods. If you do not love your purchase, you can return your jewellery item in its original, unused condition [including all original packaging And boxes] within 7 days of your purchase for an exchange or credit. Please note we DO NOT refund unless the goods are faulty or damaged by supplier. For hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The cost of return will be at your own cost [Both outgoing and incoming postage]. If you would like to return please contact Miguel on whatsapp; 0714551996. Please notify us about your return. You are requested to send your parcel back via Postnet to Postnet service, please send to Postnet Bassonia. Please note the cost of return is at your own expense.
